Blessings Abound at Leominster Church

The Leominster church in Leominster, Massachusetts, was richly blessed recently by witnessing several baptisms and yet another HIStory graduation.

September 25, 2020, was a high Sabbath when Priscilla Aguilar-Perez, Debbie Sullivan, and David Snow publicly testified to their decision to follow Christ by being baptized. It was encouraging to hear how God led them to the truth, as the congregation warmly welcomed them.

On that same Sabbath afternoon, 14 individuals graduated from HIStory, the 20-week discipleship class taught by Mark Gagnon, the church’s pastor. Having made the commitment to complete this very inspiring course, the graduates received more confidence for witnessing and studying with others.

On December 5, 2020, two young men, Adam Girma and Joshua Gifford, decided to commit their lives to Jesus, and they made that commitment public by baptism. Girma is an avid reader and is the church librarian, and Gifford is a talented young musician.

“But the seed on good soil stands for those with a noble and good heart, who hear the word, retain it, and by persevering produce a crop”—Luke 8:15, NIV.
